Education & Training is a core pillar of the Foundation’s mission. This department focuses on increasing access to quality learning opportunities and delivering targeted training to youth and adults alike. Programs range from school support and scholarships to vocational training, digital literacy and teacher mentoring.
Our approach is holistic: while facilitating formal education access, the department also invests in life skills, career guidance, and mentorship — ensuring learners are ready not only for exams but for work and civic participation. We partner with schools, training centers, and local educators to strengthen learning environments and provide practical support like supplies and scholarship funds.
Vocational and skills training programs are tailored to local market demands so trainees can transition to income-generating work. Through partnerships with local businesses and artisans, the department helps create apprenticeship pathways and small-business support networks that connect graduates to opportunities.
Another priority is supporting teachers and community educators through continuous professional development. By strengthening educators’ pedagogical skills and classroom management practices, the department raises the quality of teaching and the overall learning experience for children and young adults.
